Can I be vaccinated against Mpox (monkey pox)?

CityDoc does not offer vaccination against Mpox (monkey pox).

At present, the vaccination is only offered after a medical assessment, to special groups, including children, if the risk of serious illness outweighs the risk of vaccination.
The Mpax vaccination is a specialist task that is exclusively carried out by the Department of Infectious Diseases.
If you are in a risk group, your doctor must refer you to an infectious disease specialist for assessment.

The Mpox vaccine is approved by the European Medicines Agency for people aged 18 and over and can be used both for protection before and after a person has been exposed to infection.
