Yellow fever - vaccination and documentation may be required upon entry to certain countries. Therefore, we always provide documentation in the form of an international travel vaccination card in connection with the vaccination. If necessary, we can issue an exemption certificate at a cost of £35.
Have you lost your documentation?
If you have lost your documentation or international yellow fever travel vaccination card, we can issue a new one as long as the vaccination was given at one of our clinics. The cost is £25 for a duplicate Yellow Fever Certificate.
